During this time, we will define what we want to achieve with the campaign, and discuss with you what you would like to be accomplished. This stage is when we plan out our content, profiling strategies, and how we are going to engage the audience and followers of the campaign. We will carefully plan out the most engaging content for your potential customers to act on.
Creating the assets is when we develop all content, graphics, video, and any other information for your campaign. This is the content that the potential customer/user will see when you grab their attention.
Create Content Calendar
We will create calendar of expectations for you and your organization. This calendar outlines the whole campaign and what you should expect. We strive for transparency and with this calendar, you will know exactly what is happening with your campaign at any given time.
Launch Content Across Social Media
After all of the planning, content creation, and audience analysis, we finally launch your campaign! During this stage, we will take to our defined social media outlets and post all relevant information that we have created.
Community Interaction & Engagement
After launching the campaign, it is now time for to interact with the audience and engage with them. Before this occurs, we will need to define what role your business will have, or if you will depend on BZ to do this for you. This stage encompasses answering questions, getting them excited, and monitoring feedback.
Monitor Advertising & Social Marketing
If you have opted into a social marketing or advertising campaign to go along with your social media strategy, this is when we will monitor all outcomes that come from the advertising you have purchased. We will prepare a review of all metrics involved in this campaign.
Monthly Performance Report
Each month we will give you an update that overviews how well your campaign is performing. This includes documentation on goals, metrics, and completed tasks.
This meeting is to review the performance of the previous quarter, and also to preview the upcoming quarter in order to make any enhancements or improvements before continuing.
